Sponsored by Hon. Bichi (pending; aims to create a medical university).
- Co-sponsor of Office of Surveyor-General of the Federation (Establishment) Bill, 2021 (expanded federal agencies).
- Annual Scholarship Programme: Free tertiary education scholarships for constituents (ongoing). Over 10,000 students have benefited from this yearly scheme.

Construction/upgrade of classrooms and facilities in public schools (ongoing). Bichi has funded e-libraries and donated stipends; nearly all public schools now have well-equipped classrooms.
- Monthly grants (≈₦9.4 M/year) provided to 200 female students at Bichi Technical School (completed).
